All classes are being held in Post Falls, Idaho at the Jacklin Arts & Cultural Center.

Review videos will no longer be filmed by students after class ends. The instructors will be filming a review of class material & you can find all of them on our Northwest Swing Dance Co. YouTube page.
We need a minimum of 8 people signed up for each class in order for it to take place. If a class needs to be cancelled for any reason we will contact you & you will be fully refunded for any classes that you have not taken. Please be aware that classes can be cancelled the day of due to unforeseen circumstances because of the virus.

By signing up/attending our classes or dances you are taking full responsibility for your health and safety.
You agree that Northwest Swing Dance Co is not liable for COVID-19 nor any other illness.
We will do our best to keep a clean and healthy environment,
yet we can not 100% guarantee that you will not get COVID-19 nor any other illness.
Please do your part in keeping the dance community healthy by taking your temperature before you attend any class or dance and do not come if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or any other contagious illness.
Masks are highly encouraged but not required.
We can keep masked vs. un-masked students separate during class (6+ ft apart)
Students wearing masks and not wearing masks will be kept separate during classes and spaced out at least 6'.
If you do not want to rotate in class please sign up with a partner and let the instructors know before class starts that you will not be rotating. We will accommodate students that are rotating and not rotating.
Please keep in mind that classes could be cancelled/postponed at any time due to things constantly changing depending on Coronavirus regulations. We highly recommend checking our website the day of a class to confirm. We will do our best to let everyone know if classes do end up being cancelled or postponed.

TUESDAY CLASSES
In the Swing Era, there have been amazing routines that have been passed down to every dancer. This evening is devoted to sharing these routines that we utilize in all our performance opportunities around town, festivals, etc.
If you are new, we recommend starting with the 7:00pm Solo Jazz class and attending the Thursday beginner classes before joining any partner performance classes.
The 8:00pm class is considered intermediate/advanced material for Swing Era classes.
Teacher Training is for those who are ready to share their knowledge & joy of these dances!

Solo Jazz Routines
This class will focus on the most popular past and current Solo Jazz Routines.

Partner Routines
Routines from the 'heyday' of the Swing Era showcased by Whitey's Lindy Hoppers and other original dancers/troupes. All of these classic partner routines will be utilized in many ways for performances.

All kids 12 and under are FREE to any of our classes & events! Ages 13-18 are only $5 per class or $5 per Thursday Evening Swing.
